Founded and operated by Kelsie Bender, Bender Mixology serves the Metro St. Louis and Southern Illinois region with an emphasis on creativity, quality, and hospitality. What began as a love of cooking evolved into a passion for mixology—an art that blends flavor, balance, and design to create memorable guest experiences.

With over a decade of bartending experience and professional certifications from A Bar Above and the European Bartending School, Kelsie approaches her work with the precision of a craftsman and the imagination of an artist. Each event is thoughtfully curated—from the recipes and ingredients to the glassware and presentation—ensuring that every guest enjoys something both beautiful and delicious.

What makes Bender Mixology unique is Kelsie’s personalized, collaborative approach. Today, Kelsie is expanding her expertise beyond private events through consulting and education, helping bars and venues elevate their beverage programs through menu strategy, staff training, and creative direction. With one of her biggest inspirations in the bar industry being Jon Taffer and his work, her long-term dream is to launch a signature line of handcrafted mixers and syrups, merging her culinary roots with her commitment to sustainability and refined taste.
